tomLog 利用規約（EULA）

1. 利用条件

• 本アプリは、学習や作業の記録・自己管理を支援する目的で提供されます。
• ユーザーは適切な端末・通信環境を自己の責任において整備するものとします。

2. サブスクリプション（有料版）

• 本アプリは基本無料で提供されますが、一部機能は自動更新サブスクリプション「tomLog Pro」として提供されます。
• 料金、期間、更新条件は App Store 上の表示に従います。
• 購読後の管理・解約は「設定＞Apple ID＞サブスクリプション」にて行えます。

3. 禁止事項

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、複製、再配布
• 不正目的や法令違反に利用する行為

4. 免責事項

• 本アプリは学習支援を目的としますが、成績向上・成果の保証はいたしません。
• 利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
• 通信障害や不具合により利用できない場合があっても、開発者は責任を負いません。

5. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび付随するコンテンツの著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。

6. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは公式サイトに掲載した時点から効力を有します。

7. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Conditions of Use

• The App is provided for the purpose of recording and supporting study or work activities.
• Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate devices and network environments for using the App.

2. Subscription (Paid Version)

• The App is free to use with limited features. Additional features are available under the auto-renewable subscription plan “tomLog Pro.”
• Pricing, duration, and renewal terms follow those displayed on the App Store.
• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in “Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.”

3. Prohibited Acts

• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws

4. Disclaimer

• The App is intended as a study-support tool; it does not guarantee improved performance or outcomes.
• The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The Developer shall not be responsible for interruptions or failures due to communication issues or system errors.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its contents belong to the Developer.

6. Changes to Agreement

The Developer may revise this Agreement as necessary. Revisions take effect when posted in the App or on the official website.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in Japan.
