プライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシーは、戸村多郎（とむラボ）が開発・配布するすべてのアプリ（例：tomLog など）に適用されます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーが入力または操作したデータ（学習ログ、メモ、設定内容など）を、原則として端末内に保存します。

本アプリ自体が当方のサーバーに個人情報を送信することはありません。

バックアップや同期のために iCloud Drive またはファイル出力機能を利用する場合、そのデータは Apple のクラウドサービス上に保存されます。

2. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

3. 分析・広告

本アプリは、原則として広告配信やアクセス解析のためのサードパーティSDKを利用しません。

将来利用する場合は、その旨を本ポリシーに明記し、ユーザーに告知します。

4. サブスクリプションおよび課金

本アプリの有料機能やサブスクリプションは、Apple Inc. が提供する課金システム（App Store）を通じて処理されます。

当方がユーザーのクレジットカード情報や決済情報を直接取得することはありません。

5. データの保持と削除

ユーザーが本アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内に保存されたデータは削除されます。

iCloudに保存されたデータは、ユーザーのApple ID設定に従って管理されます。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed and distributed by Taro Tomura (Tomura Lab), including but not limited to tomLog.

1. Information We Collect

Our apps store user-entered data (such as study logs, notes, and settings) locally on the device by default.

Our apps do not transmit personal information to our own servers.

If you use iCloud Drive or file export/import for backup, the data will be stored and managed by Apple’s cloud services.

2. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not provide users’ personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

3. Analytics and Advertising

Our apps do not use third-party advertising networks or analytics SDKs by default.

If we introduce such services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store billing system.

We do not have access to users’ credit card details or payment information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

When a user uninstalls the app, locally stored data will be deleted from the device.

Any data saved to iCloud is managed under the user’s Apple ID settings.
